No, you do not have to have a special login ID or password to access Print Online Corporate. FedEx Office Print Online Corporate will be accessed through your Service Listing page. 
Be sure to provide your National Discount Number for any walk in orders that are not placed online. If you do not provide this, you will not receive the HP national discounts.


Has the FedEx Office Print Online Corporate solution been reviewed and approved to place orders online?

Yes. The IT security requirements for FedEx Office Office and Print Services were reviewed and approved by InfoSec/Risk Management to ensure protection of data while data is in transit over non-internal networks as well as the management of data within the suppliers’ infrastructure. The security of data is of utmost concern, particularly when it leaves the intranet. To ensure that security, we’ve instituted requirements for data encryption while in transit across the Internet to the supplier and while across their private network. Documents are unencrypted only for the purpose of printing them within their local network at the producing location and are deleted from the supplier’s system immediately upon completion of the printing job.


Can I submit confidential documents to FedEx Office for copying?

FedEx Office can receive Restricted and Confidential documents. Documents labeled ‘Private’ may not be submitted for copy requests through this service (or any other outside service).


Does FedEx Office have access to the internal network, i.e., shared drives to access files for printing?

No. The method for placing orders with FedEx Office is via online ordering.

You may also select any FedEx Office location in the U.S. or Canada by using the FedEx Office center locator built into FedEx Office DocStore.


How do I verify that my copy service order submitted through FedEx Office online ordering has been received by FedEx Office?

When you submit your order via FedEx Office online ordering, you will receive a confirmation number and name and phone number of the receivingFedEx Office center.


Can other employees obtain information that I send to FedEx Office via the Web site or through pickup and delivery?

No. All information received by FedEx Office is considered and handled as confidential information. If you have a project that you are not able to send through FedEx Office DocStore, please call your local FedEx Office center directly to arrange for a special pickup.


I have repetitive print orders (i.e., training manuals, marketing collateral, etc.); can FedEx Office archive my files for convenient reorders?

Yes, FedEx Office can create a virtual document catalog in FedEx Office DocStore for you to be able to submit orders easily from a FedEx Office DocStore catalog. However, FedEx Office has a specific process for the archival of those files. Please contact your local FedEx Office account manager for more details and for a comprehensive assessment of your needs.

 

Will FedEx Office deliver my order?

Yes. Please indicate your delivery location when ordering online via FedEx Office online ordering.


Can we ship from a FedEx Office location?

Yes. We have an account with FedEx and users can ship from a FedEx Office by providing the a FedEx account number. All tracking is through FedEx and billing will appear on the FedEx bill.


If I have a FedEx package sent from FedEx Office, can I receive billing and tracking information from the location?

No. All tracking would be through FedEx and billing would appear on the FedEx bill. FedEx Office cannot provide billing information for FedEx and all questions should be directed to mail services or FedEx team members.


Does the personal discount apply to shipping services?

FedEx Office services are provided at a discount, except for videoconferencing services, shipping services, postage and gift certificates. You can save on each FedEx Express® shipment when you use FedEx Ship Manager® at fedex.com to prepare your shipping labels. Go to fedex.com for details.

This depends upon the size of the project. Turnaround times should be discussed with your local FedEx Office representative or your nearest FedEx Office location to understand specific job details. No, the FedEx Office Discount plus Shipping Account Card is not a form of tender. However, the new card will ensure you get discount pricing. Present the FedEx Office Discount plus Shipping Account Card to the FedEx Office team member to swipe with each purchase. The company requires that employees use either their AMEX or p-card at FedEx Office to pay for services.


Do I need to use my FedEx Office Discount plus Shipping Account Card when I use FedEx Office DocStore online to send my copy jobs?

No, the FedEx Office Discount Card number for copy services is hard-coded into the FedEx Office DocStore system and will automatically be associated with your order as it comes into our network for production. Use either your AMEX or p-card to complete the online transaction.


Can a Contractor receive the business discounts?

To pay for FedEx Shipping at FedEx Office Ship Centers nationwide use the following methods:

  • Present your FedEx shipping account number at the FedEx shipping counter in any FedEx Office Ship Center.

The FedEx Office Discount plus Shipping Account Card combines the FedEx Office discount account number and the FedEx shipping account number on one card.
